It's Official!

Oh my goodness, you guys, I've had the biggest butterflies for the past week about this announcement!  As many of you know, that have been following from the beginning, I've been dabbling in the wedding industry for the past few months or so, but, in reality, it's been much longer than that!  

I was first introduced to Style Me Pretty quite a few years ago, but at the time I was doing corporate event planning and really just thought of SMP as the place I went to get my pretty fix! But as time went on, and I found myself with more and more notebooks full of wedding notes and ideas {and more and more wedding blogs bookmarked!}, I began thinking, "Well, why not?" I have the event planning experience, a discerning eye, the desire to make other people's day as special as my own was for me, and to top it all off, nothing makes my heart go pitter-patter as much as a beautiful love story!

This past March, I was honored to be featured on Style Me Pretty {the blog that really started my wheels spinning!} and really took it as affirmation that, hey, I might just be really good at this!  So, after much prayer, and consideration with my husband, family, and people in the industry that I respect so much, I'm beyond thrilled to introduce you to:

{But my passport is ready to go and I love a good adventure!}

Blogging has introduced me to so many outstanding people and I've been so encouraged by so many of you who are following your dreams, as well! I hope you'll join me as I begin this new journey and I'm so excited to see where this takes us!
