Oh my goodness, lovelies, do I have a treat for you! This gorgeous Inspiration Shoot was submitted by the lovely
Meghan Christine and it's jam packed full of pretty, fall gorgeousness! I met Meghan when were both part of a little, blog party hosted by
Emilee Sutherland of Tasteful Tatters and I just fell in love with her photography! So when she sent me this beauty, I was so excited to share it all with you! I love the unexpected pops of blue and oh my goodness, can you even get over how darling this real-life couple is!??
I'll let Meghan take it from here and tell you a little about the shoot: "The inspiration behind the shoot? Fall, Fall, Fall! So many of us adore the shifting change in season from summer to Fall. As much as we love the flip-flop, beach season...there is something special that happens when Autumn arrives. That unique feeling is what I was inspired to capture in designing this shoot. Of course, there in the obvious change in color all around us, but it's so much more than that. Cozy hugs with our loved ones, pumpkins, jumping in a pile of leaves, homemade pies, and rustic country furniture are a few of the features that we focused on to give the shoot it's intimate, family feel."
From florist Lindsay Schimdt of Petalicious - "I was really inspired by the color palette. It reminded me of Autumn, but in a vintage chic way. I used browns and golds as the classic Autumn colors, accented with peach/creams, and used the blue for it's pop."

From stylist Emilee Hegg of Tasteful Tatters - "I chose lighter tones of wood pieces for the dinner setting - so match the lace and the fun ivory vases from Petalicious's florals. Even though they were light, they still had that rustic fall appeal to them, especially paired w/ the yellows and oranges from the paper products and the florals. For the "extra" settings i.e. communion and dessert areas - I chose darker woods to showcase The Vintage Table's plates and make them pop blending the fall colors with the dark brown. Also, the birdcages were added to help tie in the bird elements we added. Overall, I think they all worked great together and the tea tray was my absolute favorite for the desserts! So pretty and formal - yet just rustic enough."
Special Thank You to Meghan for sending it my way and thanks to all the vendors for such a beautiful, inspiring shoot!
Happy Thursday, my dears!
